Tenants and leases
Properties, units and asking rent
Add a property, its units, and the rent you would ask a new tenant.
Add a property with its name and address, then its units: rooms, beds, apartments, offices, shops, parking slots or storage.
Each unit may carry an asking rent: the monthly rent you would ask a new tenant today. It never changes what a current tenant pays. It prices the next lease and shows what an empty unit costs you each month.
Set many asking rents at once from the property's page.
Give an empty unit a public page from the property's page: a headline and a few lines, up to 6 photos, with its asking rent and floor area. Anyone with the link can read it and enquire; enquiries arrive under Do next, and the owner gets an email (at most one an hour per page). The page hides itself while a lease covers today, and is not listed in any search yet.
Offices and retail spaces are commercial units. Give any unit a floor area on the property's page to see its rent per square metre; an office or retail space's contract states its area.
