The Tenant app
Invite a tenant to see their own rent, pay, ask for repairs and sign.
On a tenant's page, invite them to the Tenant app. The invitation email has a link that works for 7 days; they choose a password and they are in.
In the Tenant app they see their lease, rent, deposit and acknowledgements, send you messages, ask for repairs with photos, read your announcements, and read and sign their lease contract once you have signed it.
A tenant sees only their own lease and records, never another tenant's. You can end their access at any time.
