Paying you directly

The owner lists where tenants pay: a GCash or Maya number or a bank account. The tenant pays, then taps Paid already? Tell them with the amount and reference.

You confirm it (it is recorded like any payment, with its acknowledgement) or decline it with a reason the tenant sees. No fees and no provider.

PayMongo checkout

A business registered with DTI or SEC can connect its own PayMongo account under Settings. Tenants then pay what they owe in one tap by GCash, Maya, card or QR Ph, and the payment is recorded by itself. The money goes from PayMongo to you, never through Soofair.
