Your team and roles

The person who signed up is the business's owner. The owner can do everything and decides what each role may do.

Invite team members under Settings, Your team. Each person holds one role, and a role is a list of permissions, one per action.

Reports, Who did what, lists every change to the business's records, with who made it and when.

The owner can also set a limit under Settings, Approving expenses: an expense over it is recorded only once someone allowed to approve expenses says yes, within 7 days. The person who asked cannot approve it themself, unless they own the business.

Need help? Under Settings, Soofair support access, the owner can let Soofair support see the business read-only for 24 hours or 3 days, and end it at any time.
