Exporting or deleting your business

The owner downloads every record as spreadsheets in one ZIP file under Settings, Export your business. Documents and photos come as separate downloads of up to 4 MB each.

The owner can ask to delete the business. It turns read-only at once and is erased 30 days later, files and all; until then the owner can cancel. Three days before, everyone who can sign in to it is told. Soofair's nightly backups that still hold it expire within 35 days after that. Download the export first.
