Repairs and repair requests

Report a repair on a unit, then move it along: Start work, Mark done with the day and the cost, or Cancel.

The owner can set a limit under Settings, Approving repair costs: a repair estimated over it waits until someone allowed to approve repair costs says yes, within 7 days. The person who asked cannot approve it themself.

Tenants can ask for a repair in the Tenant app, with up to 3 photos. Each request waits under Repairs: accept it to add it to your repairs, or decline it with a reason the tenant sees.
