Reminders and emails that send themselves

Under Settings, Automatic emails: payment acknowledgements to tenants who use the Tenant app, monthly statements to owners who said yes, and a note before a lease ends. Each is on until the owner turns it off.

Rent reminders are off until the owner turns them on, under Settings, Rent reminders. Then tenants on the Tenant app get one 3 days before rent is due, and one the day after if something is overdue.

Every automatic email is listed in Settings with whether it went.
